Who We ARE
The Howard County Lacrosse Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization that works in partnership with Howard County Recreation & Parks to implement their recreational youth lacrosse program.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Howard County Lacrosse Program is to provide the children and families of the Howard County area the opportunity to learn the game of lacrosse and develop fundamental skills and game strategy in a safe and fun environment.
HCLP will emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play and respect for all, players, parents, coaches and officials.
HCLP will work with children of all abilities and their families to teach and promote the sport of lacrosse so that it can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
Our Vision
HCLP envisions a future where every child has the opportunity to participate in the sport of lacrosse. We will work to bring diversity to the sport and continue to develop and grow the lacrosse community in the Howard County area.
Financial Assistance
HCLP provides programs and services that introduce the sport of lacrosse to those unfamiliar with it and reduces financial barriers to participate.
